Advice for Sara

Well Sara is new to our world so she will be learning a new task I'm sure about every day or so and she should especially enjoy sleep.I find sleep is like amazing,it is often over looked but you really do need a good night's sleep to properly function the next day and being a little baby still I'm sure crying so much must tier her out quite a bit. I think that Sara should also know that having a a smile on her face will always bring joy to those who surround her and just set the mood for a fun and new happy day to come.

She should also know in advance friends are some of the best people out there for you they are the family you get to choose as you grow up and you should never take them for granted because they will always be there for you when you need them and you will find yourself there for them as well when they go through though times ,I don't know how people get through life with out friends.

Also one of a girls life time secrets is when ever you are feeling down, know that you can always turn to a nice big tub of ice cream to cheer you up ... curl up on the couch with a friend and just relax and enjoy life because it really does fly by in an instant.
